I’m Kris — a marketer, creative strategist, entrepreneur, and professional figure-it-outer based in North Alabama.
My work lives at the intersection of ideas, people, planning, and execution. I’ve spent years helping businesses, organizations, events, and experiences move from “we should do something” to something clear, thoughtful, useful, and real.
Sometimes that looks like shaping a brand or marketing strategy. Sometimes it means building out an event concept, developing a launch plan, organizing a million moving pieces, or helping someone see the path from idea to execution.
And sometimes? It’s simply being the person in the room who can look at the mess and say, “Okay. Here’s what we’re going to do.”
A little more about me
I’m the woman behind Kris With a Kay and the owner of KayDi’s Events & Rentals. I also work in marketing and communications, support creative and community-focused projects, and have spent years building ideas both for myself and for other people.
What connects all of it is pretty simple: I like helping ideas become clearer, stronger, and more doable.
Outside of work, I’m just as likely to be rearranging something at home, growing something in the garden, planning the next family idea, experimenting with style, or talking myself into another project I absolutely did not need.
